This line of vegetable seed packets was created to replicate Landreth's Vintage seed packets used during the 1930's and 40's. All of the original illustrations and seed packet art, including the original Landreth logo, had been destroyed in a warehouse fire. The only remining artifacts were boxes of old, soiled and damaged printed packets. The logo and each illustration were scanned and retouched with loving care in order to accentuate every nuance and detail of each beautiful, full-color illustration. We began the series with the six packets shown here and gradually exteneded the line to include every variety of vegetable seed we offered.
